Hey,the map is just the right size, without all those dam fences and ditches full of water,good job.Been playing for awhile have found no bugs what so ever,,

Bow, have you ever been on a real farm? or even in the countryside? You won’t go far without seeing a fence, dry-stone wall or a drainage ditch. They’re there for a purpose in real life, not just for eye-candy, and some of us actually like and prefer realism, it’s a simulator not a toy tractor game. If you don’t want to “bump” into anything and have no clue about working the edges before employing helpers so they don’t get stuck you might as well just play the default map which is just as boring as this one. The only good thing about this map is the snow on the mountain peaks, but that’s been over-done, they look more like teeth than mountain peaks.
The SüdThüringenfinal map is much more realistic.

LMAO at DaveO talking bout farmin your just a simulator farmer i run 2500 acres along with milkin 450 head all togeather countin calves and steers we have close to 1500 head and i have yet to see a bunch a fields other than pasture surounded by fence or water filled ditches Hens thats what irragators are for but you keep on playin farmer lol by the way this map is pretty real to me i give it a 9 out of 10 thanks

Ohiofarmer, I live in Suffolk UK, which no doubt would probably fit inside your farm? We don’t have the luxury of wide-open spaces. Where I live it’s flat with plenty of rainfall, so yes we need drainage, and there are plenty of fences, hedgerows, walls .etc, depending on the nature of the farm, obviously not so much with the arable fields, unless the crops start growing legs, but we can’t have sheep, pigs or cows roaming about on the main roads now can we?
England is full of lush green countryside, not mile after mile of dry wasteland, you can keep it, I know where I’d rather live.
Lol. You can laugh all you like mate, all you yanks ever do is brag about stuff, I expect your farm is almost as big as your ego? It’s little wonder people dislike Americans with your attitude. I don’t care if you have two million “Steers”,what do want a medal? Dickhead.

lol ok there buddie i have worked with a few of yer kind and well not all of ya are half bad but you my friend remind me of the two jack asses i worked with out west (dumber than owl shit) and on top of that if ya go to youtube and look up farming accidents and if i am correct most of them if not all of them are of dumb asses like yer self TRYING TO FARM so just stick to the computer games and leave feeding to world to us…..o and one more little tid bit of info for ya since yall are so good at farmin then WHY THE HELL do we americans have to ship half our corn wheat cheese and soybeans to you ya dumb ass wait its cause yer land is not fit and your anual harvest sucks so i wouldnt say too much there buddie and like i said befor leave it to us and when ya eat your next meal THANK THE GREAT USA k have a good night

o and one more thing not everyone from the uk or surrounding areas are bad people this dumbass is making him self look bad and causeing a bad name for him self hindsite tho this map is very good and i recomend this mod to anyone who wants a good map to simulate somewhat of the mid-west territory i really like this one

Some corn products we aslo import from the US because Norway doesnt have the largest farms oround, but when it comes to meat products i stick to Norwegian food. To much pesticide use and genmodifications comes from US.

My,My,aren’t we all having fun.
Farming is about production,get the seed in the ground and the grain in the bin,if the weather lets you.
I agree fences and hedges are ok in some places,of course hobby farmers have them everywhere.In all the time I have farmed I never had to fence my grain in,it does not try to escape.
I live in Canada,Alberta to be exact,big farms and big equipment is the norm.

Don’t you just love those yanks, they have the biggest farms, the biggest equipment, (to feed the whole world apparently), they have the biggest cars, the biggest trucks, the biggest buildings, the biggest mouths, the biggest egos, the best police force (trained by us), best army, navy, and marines, Navy Seals(trained by our SAS). You can’t even fight a battle without killing half your own and allied forces because you’re all trigger happy maniacs who think they’re John Wayne. Oh yeah, they even “lent a hand”, at the last minute, along with Russia and all the other allies, to win WW2, I think you’ll find Russia beat you to it, lol, and now they’re helping our young soldiers to be killed in a war that doesn’t concern us. 1. I think you’ll find it was James (comment no.9) that started on about wars and how we would have lost if it wasn’t for the “divine intervention” of the good ‘ole US of A.
2. I’m not a nazi sympathiser, today Germany is a good place with good people, Hitler was a mad-man.
3. No we didn’t start Afghanistan or Iraq but our A-hole licking government said “Yes Sir! Mr.President Sir,” and sent troops to help you lot out, so you’re wrong there. I too think our boys, and yours, should be brought home, it’s a senseless loss of life, let the rag-heads fight their own wars.
4. I said to the author of this map that it’s a good map, if you like open spaces, all I meant was it isn’t prototypically English, a lot of our farms do have fences and ditches etc. You started all this by bragging about your 2500 acres, so what, who cares? Let it be now eh?
